Tough times put leadership to the test. The road to becoming a motivated and highly successful leader runs through mentorship, training and powerful tools that work directly in your own operations.

FEW is a journey of personal development. You grow as a leader. Your important roles in various projects are made easier thanks to the support of your mentor and other programme participants.

Above all else, FEW is about visible growth. It is about creating strategies for harnessing what you have and developing it to the full. This is because one thing is clear, organisations and boards will always focus on finding the most capable leaders. Anything else would be ludicrous.

It is our job to ensure that capable women are not overlooked. Not infrequently, the best man for a position is a woman!

FEW is a programme that makes you aware of your true potential. It also helps you to develop this latter in a successful career. You are the starting point. Through discovering yourself, you find answers to a host of questions. You gain clearer insights into what can be changed to strengthen your leadership. In the programme, there are women in similar situations with whom you can exchange findings. This always results in lasting networks.

The programme is a process involving personal and professional guidance. You learn to see the whole picture and connections. You understand how your own skills can be developed to the advantage of your leadership and your opportunities to take up a seat on a board. In addition to Trust, you have the constant support of a mentor with experience of leader roles and board work alike.
